Lots of compelling action with a twist at the end. I thought the MC was toast for sure. Nice transition from MC POV to bad guys POV, the reader needed that to enjoy the ending. You certainly have a talent for writing gritty action pieces, J. Curtis. I didn't know what to expect from Tiny Worlds, but it wasn't this. I am not disappointed.

Thanks K.C. — Only a few stories have I worked this hard to map the action, the terrain, in a way that as closely matched my mind’s lens. At times it felt like pushing pixels around, building and rebuilding sections in order to stand back before zooming in to an extreme close up. Thanks for the kind words.

Gritty AF. This was a great read that engaged all the senses. I especially appreciated the micro-detail moments, like the blood sizzling on the hot slug.

So dang good.

Thanks Shane! It’s fun to open your brain to a different view of the world, let it stagger out and see what detritus is stuffed in its pockets.

What a nightmare. Some serious art here, J. Curtis. Yikes.
